It has been foggy and grey here for more than a week so the boys and I made a buttermilk Texas sheet cake and the boys and I sat on the counter and devoured it with forks at 10:45 a.m.
It made us happy!

Recipe please....sounds delish.
Sounds like my kind of cruise!
I have the same coping mechanism. Which is why I gain 10 pounds every winter. Curse this inversion!
I know! It's been so depressing this week. So foggy and wet and cold. Ick!
I have the same problem with Xander...he keeps finding old, torn or small clothes that I try to get rid of or every single piece of paper he brings home from school and takes it out of the recycling bin! He definitely is a pack rat like his dad! What can you do? But that cake sounds delicious...yum!
Texas sheet cake can solve almost any problem! Our favorite line to say while eating it? "Oops, I'd better even out the row. . ."
I still can't get over the blue eyes, blond hair. You are going to have a baby girl that looks just like you, I just know it!!
I need this recipe!
PS. Loved the poo story! Classic.
OK- what's with ALL the cooking and sillly talk about 'gaining' weight, and then Hailers comment? Do you have something to spill:)
Raims, come on now. You know if I had something to tell it would be about barf and more barf!
