Hi there! Is he potty training yet? That is what Lauren did right before she potty trained herself. The dr. told me that it is one of signs that they are ready. She would line everything up, she would seperate her blocks by color and shape, all the duckies would be lined up in the bathtub, etc.
You could be getting close to a diaper free life.......
I am SO glad to see someone else's child doing this. We were beginning to think ours is a little OCD!
little boys are so wonderful!
and that lucy, i just adore!
Bek,
We tried potty training two weeks ago and it's been horrible. Plus, I didn't think about how busy we are now that summer's here so we're going to try again in a month or so. He wanted NOTHING to do with it. Argh...
Wait a second. It looks like CJ and I have something in common.
Either that or I'm almost ready to start potty training.
Sorry for the potty training drama (and Steve...you just wait until your boy is ready...or not ready).
He is still on the young side for it anyway isn't he? It seems that most of my friends w/ boys don't manage to get their kids interested in it until really close to three....some even older. :-) On the one hand it is nice not to change diapers, but on the other hand it is a pain to have to drop everything and run to the bathroom all the time......
Hi Jame, Not that you are asking for suggestions...BUT, this is what worked for me....Try the book "How to Potty Train in Less Than a Day" by Nathan Azrin, and Dr. Phil's method (on his website). Both methods worked for my boys just 4 months after they turned 2! Just an idea if you haven't tried those already. Sorry to butt in.
P.S. CJ is so dang cute SO funny! I love him!!!
I mean "AND" so funny. (Sorry, I'll shut-up now).
Jaimes, Jaimes, this is what the arm of our sofa or the coffee table look like all day long.
Unless they are stacked on top of each other and then pushed along with Thomas The Tank Engine.
