February was a blur...
Trey decided he needs to wear these glasses from Urban Outfitters every day. Everywhere, every day.
CJ turned seven. 7!! He was so sweet asking to do something with the family instead of having a birthday party and even chose a homemade chocolate sheet cake over a Star Wars cake from the bakery.

"Guido" as we call him, started solids and no, it has not helped him sleep through the night. At all. Good thing he's so cute!
CJ lost both front teeth and it was not at all without drama and lots of tears.

Drew was taken to the ER and then admitted with RSV. I snapped this pic with my phone because I love his little eyes just taking it all in.

CJ had to switch schools to secure his spot in our neighborhood school for next year. I was nervous to have him start and have it all so new, but he loves it and we love that he doesn't have such a long commute. The school is literally around the corner from our house and he has so many new friends that live right by us. I feel so, so blessed to be in this new neighborhood and ward where the boys have so many new friends and the families are so fun and welcoming. I knew we were supposed to move here and at times I was so impatient, but now I know it was because we were supposed to move to this exact house and it all worked out so great. I really just feel so happy and thankful every day for my sweet family, their health and all of my many, many blessings.

Trey turns four!
All he asked for was a gumball machine and a Tom and Jerry cake.
So I made him a Tom and Jerry cake (by the way, the bottom of it looked better before CJ swiped his finger along the frosting).
He LOVES to drive!
I love this little man. He is the sweetest, happiest boy. So, so easy. I never want to send him to school, he can hang out with me every day as far as I'm concerned. He declares almost every day a "pajama day" and snuggles on the couch with his blankets and requests Tom and Jerry shows with sippies of milk and carrots and dip. And at 11:30 a.m., he requests a plate of cheese and chips. He's the best. Love, love, love him!

I was dusting the other day when I realized how labor-intensive this chore is because of CJ's imagination. There are clutter fests of toys in every room, on every surface. And each one tells a story, and if I move any on of the 500+ items from any given "scene," he recognizes it immediately. They are carefully thought-out cities, battles, parking lots, combat zones.

Drew was blessed the day after Christmas and it was such a special event for us. We felt so blessed to have both of our dads, my grandpas and all of our brothers there to participate in his blessing. There was something so sweet about having a baby at Christmas time, especially as we sang one of my very favorite Christmas hymns "Away in a Manger."

Christmas 2010
We spent this year in Utah with all of our relatives and had such a fun time. It was the baby's big debut meeting everyone which made it all the more special. I just loved having a baby at Christmas time!
Christmas morning after opening all the presents.
This toy is literally made for one year-olds but Trey's favorite thing to do is drive! He walks around the house with the steering wheel from Mario Kart on the Wii and pretends it's his car so we bought him this little steering wheel toy and he loved it!
He also loves anything with an on and off switch and a motor. So he was in heaven with the pretend leaf blower he got from his grandparents.
We got CJ an iPod touch.

My nephews got this sweet little puppy from Santa. And my boys were in love with her.

They were also in love with the money they earned at my mom's house during BINGO-for-cash-sleep-over-night. Each grandchild won over $20 bucks!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

My sweet niece Anna recently came to visit and made Drew this cute little hat, in Utah colors, of course.

Thanksgiving!
I didn't realize that CJ had made some sweet signs that he taped on our front door to greet our Thanksgiving guests.

Trey is addicted to Just Dance 2
My niece is the cutest girl in the world and my boys LOVE her. I mean, LOVE her. When she comes to visit the boys are in heaven and they both cry when she leaves. Literally, heartbroken cries. It's terrible.
This one is spoiled and won't sleep during the day unless he's being held. So it's awesome when all the relatives leave after snuggling him all weekend and I can't get anything done because he's screaming to be held.
We had so much fun hosting Thanksgiving in the new house. It was a lot of work getting everything ready, but we loved it. So mom, thanks for all the work you put into all of the holidays - I have a new appreciation!

Halloween 2010
A pumpkin who hated his hat, a sweet little trash can and an army guy who wouldn't let me camouflage paint his face. But they had a great time in our new neighborhood where there were tons of kids and decorated houses. I didn't get the yearly picture of Lucy in her hot dog costume, but as usual, she was a hit.
