Today was trash day at our house. It's CJ's favorite day of the week. By 7:00 a.m. on garbage day, we have been informed on who on our street already has their trash cans out on the curb and what kind, if any, boxes are with them. These cans are all identified by the corresponding dog/cat who belongs to that house in particular. For instance, today Marshall the hound had two trash cans and some strawberry boxes out on the curb. Bombi the scottie dog had three trash cans and a computer box. Misty the cat had stinky grass in her trash can.
Where we live, you can put as many trash bags, cans, boxes, etc as you want on the curb. Or, you can rent the big huge green trash cans provided by the city. Today I called to order one of these big cans. While on the phone with sanitary department lady, CJ was right beside me repeating, "And tell her we want a motorcycle thingy! A motercycle thingy! Moooo-oooom tell her we need a motorcycle thingy like Chica's!" Chica is the dog next door and they have a recycling bin as well as two large trash cans.
"A recycling bin?" I asked him. "Yes!! A motorcycle bin! For newspapers and toilet paper holders like Chica's!"

-He wakes me up with a kiss and a really loud "good morning!" every day.
-He is so very smart and perceptive, he even notices when I've changed my toenail polish.
-He tells the best knock-knock jokes.
-He ends each day with a hug on one side of my cheeks, a squeeze on the other and kiss on the lips, then "one more for the road."
-He is the kindest big brother to Toad, he hasn't done one naughty thing to the baby since we brought him home.
-He loves to sing to the radio in the car
-He loves to help me clean and can sort laundry, and can load it in the machine or dryer himself.
-He was the one in his preschool class that started the "tickle fight" in the middle of the spring program which was very funny.
-He has become so friendly to new people and kids in our neighborhood - always asking what their names are.
-He makes me a better person every day, teaching me more about love, innocence and patience that I ever imagined I could learn.
Trey
-He is the sweetest, most laid-back baby so far. Okay, so he's only #2, but boy is he easy. He just melts my heart.
-He loves his fingers and gets all 5 in his mouth at one time.
-I'm in love with the seven fat rolls on each thigh.
-He's very vocal and will tell you story after story after story.
-All it takes is a glance in his direction and you'll get the biggest smile ever.-He has dimples

CJ had been coming into our room several times a night lately. With a voice that sounds like he's been awake for hours, proclaims: "Hey! I have a question! Who wants to lay with me for one song?"
To which he replied, "Like what sounds? Like COYOTES?!"
